Super Basmati is our milled white basmati selection, suited to fragrant pilau, family curries and everyday meals. Always follow the cooking instructions on the pack.
White, steam or sella?
White rice is milled rice. Steam describes a supplier processing treatment. Sella is parboiled rice, available in white and golden styles. Always follow the cooking instructions for the specific product.
Is double polished better?
Polishing describes the surface finish. More polishing alone does not guarantee better aroma, grain length or cooking performance. Compare the actual specification and cooked samples.
