Delivery charges

Delivery is priced by postcode area and total order weight. The exact charge is shown in the orders portal before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the end.

Delivery times

Standard orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Restaurant and catering orders can be scheduled for a set delivery day each week.

Pallet deliveries

Wholesale quantities are sent on pallets by a dedicated carrier. Please make sure someone is available to receive and check the pallet, and tell us in advance if there are access or unloading restrictions.

Damaged or missing items

Check your delivery on arrival. Tell us within 48 hours if a bag is damaged or an item is missing and we will replace it or refund you.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened bags cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
