Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with Zarvane Foods Ltd (trading as Zarvane Basmati Rice) by a household, retailer, restaurant, caterer or wholesaler.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or a delivery address falls outside our delivery areas.
Prices
Retail prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Trade prices are shown to approved trade accounts in the orders portal. Delivery is charged separately based on postcode and order weight.
Quotes and offers
A priced quote is valid until the expiry date shown with the offer. Once accepted, the quote becomes an order at the agreed price.
Trade accounts
Trade pricing is available to approved businesses. We may ask for company details before approving an account and may withdraw trade pricing at any time.
Cancellations and returns
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery, provided bags are unopened and undamaged. Food safety rules mean opened bags cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect goods will be replaced or refunded.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
